Step by Step Process

Estimated Costs

For this prototype, there are a couple of simple costs to keep in mind. These may change depending on what the AI Agent needs to do, but the prices below are based on our experience with over 6,000 AI-powered calls.

To make things easy, fees are calculated per minute. For every answered call, the total cost will include both the AI Agent processing fee and the phone calling fee (excluding GST).

AI Agent – Processing Fees

The AI Agent is just $0.40 per minute.

Phone Calling Fees

Calls can be made to New Zealand mobile and landline numbers. You’ll need to sign up for a telephony service, and we’ll set up a bundle for you that includes:

- 1 local New Zealand phone number

- 20 outbound lines

- 2 inbound lines

- 1 integration license

This bundle is billed monthly at $39.16 on a pro-rata basis - you can cancel any time.

Phone Call rates are:

$0.09 per minute to New Zealand mobiles

$0.02 per minute to New Zealand landlines

Total cost per minute:

AI Agent – Processing Fees + Phone Calling Fees = $0.49

Based on the analysis of our call data, 1,000 dials to mobile phones would equate to approximately $124.78

Good to Know

You’re only charged for partial minutes, so your budget goes further.

- No charge for unanswered calls.

- No phone charge for inbound calls (but the per-minute AI Agent processing fee still applies).

- Calls are billed by the second.

- The AI won’t leave voicemail messages and will end the call if voicemail is detected, which helps keep your costs down.

Importing Your Data
